• "Platform" គឺប្រព័ន្ធ software iGaming B2B ដែល XGB ជួល រួម front-end, back-end និង features ក្នុង Order Form។
• "សេវាកម្ម" មានន័យថាការជួល Platform, គាំទ្របច្ចេកទេស, API integration, data migration និងសេវាផ្សេងក្នុង Order Form។
• "Order Form" គឺសquotation, confirmation, contract ឬឯកសារចុះហត្ថលេខារវាងអតិថិជន និង XGB។

ការចូលគេហទំព័រ ទាក់ទងលក់ ស្នើ demo ឬប្រើ Livechat មានន័យថាអ្នកបានអាន និងទទួលយកលក្ខខណ្ឌនេះ និង Privacy Policy។

ការប្រើ Platform ពិតប្រាកដត្រូវការ Order Form ចុះហត្ថលេខា។ បើ Order Form ប្រឆាំងលក្ខខណ្ឌសាធារណៈ Order Form ឈ Priority។

បើមិនទទួលយក សូមកុំប្រើគេហទំព័រ ឬសេវាកម្ម។

XGB enforce password/auth/API key rotation policies។

Fees/packages/billing/currency per Order Form — monthly USDT e.g. Full Option 1,499 USDT/month or backend+API 999 USDT/month (XGAMBET Custom)។

Customer shall not use Platform/Website for:

• Illegal/unauthorized jurisdiction
• Money laundering/fraud/AML-KYC violation
• System attacks/DDoS/security bypass
• Unauthorized scraping/automated access
• Impersonation/unauthorized resell
• Mule accounts/payment policy violation

Third-party terms may apply។

XGB no guarantee third-party availability។

External links — XGB not responsible third-party content។

XGB may suspend/terminate for breach/non-payment/risk/authority request។

Customer cancel per notice in Order Form។

Surviving clauses remain effective។

Provided "as is" to extent permitted by law។

No liability lost profits/indirect/consequential/punitive។

Max cap per Order Form pre-event Platform fees — or Order Form។

Customer indemnifies XGB for Customer use/law breach/content/Terms breach។

Pricing/non-public API/roadmap/confidential not disclosed without authorization។

Amend by posting effective date — continued use is acceptance។

Apply worldwide to all XGB Services users/Customers។

Republic of Cyprus law without conflict of laws។

Good-faith negotiation first; then court/arbitration per Order Form។
