• "XGB" / "ကျွန်ုပ်တို့" ဆိုသည်မှာ Republic of Cyprus တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသော XGAMBET (XGB) နှင့် ဆက်စပ်ကုမ္ပဏီများကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
• "Customer" / "သင်" ဆိုသည်မှာ Platform ကို ဆက်သွယ်၊ ဝယ်、 ငှား သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုသော 법인 သို့မဟုတ် စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်ကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
• "Website" ဆိုသည်မှာ https://xgb.app နှင့် XGB က လုပ်ဆောင်သော domain များကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
• "Platform" ဆိုသည်မှာ XGB ငှားရမ်းသော B2B iGaming software system (front-end, back-end, Order Form features) ကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
• "Services" ဆိုသည်မှာ Platform rental, technical support, API integration, data migration နှင့် Order Form services များကို ဆိုလိုသည်။
• "Order Form" ဆိုသည်မှာ package, price, term, scope သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Customer နှင့် XGB ကြား signed document ကို ဆိုလိုသည်။

Website သုံးခြင်း၊ sales ဆက်သွယ်ခြင်း၊ demo တောင်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် Livechat သုံးခြင်းဖြင့် ဤ Terms နှင့် Privacy Policy ကို ဖတ်ပြီး လက်ခံပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း အတည်ပြုသည်။

Platform အသုံးပြုရန် signed Order Form လိုအပ်သည်။ Order Form နှင့် public Terms မကိုက်ညီပါက Order Form က 우선သည်။

Terms မလက်ခံပါက Website သို့မဟုတ် Services မသုံးပါ။

XGB သည် operator များအား betting/iGaming sites ဖွင့်�/운영ရန် B2B software နှင့် platform ပေးသည်။ End player bets မလက်ခံ、 B2C မလုပ်ပါ။

Website 정보는 reference/marketing သာ။ Binding commercial terms သည် Order Form တွင် ရှိသည်။

Rented Platform တွင် XGAMBET Custom, CoPilot, Allforbet ကဲ့သို့ Order Form products ပါဝင်သည် — package/features ကွဲပြားသည်။

Full packages တွင် front-end + back-end ပါဝင်နိုင်သည် (ဥ. Full Option)။

Backend + API package (ဥ. XGB SYSTEM 999 USDT/month for XGAMBET Custom) သည် own front-end customers အား backend/API rent право ပေးသည် — details in Order Form/API docs.

Features (payments, games, analytics) သည် package ပေါ်မူတည်။ Website lists သည် overview သာ、 Order Form confirm မရှိမီ binding offer မဟုတ်။

Customer တစ်ဦးတည်းက တာဝန်ယူသည်:

• Service jurisdictions တွင် betting/iGaming legal ဖြစ်ကြောင်း confirm
• Licenses ရယူ/ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း (适用)
• AML/KYC, Responsible Gaming, data protection နှင့် end player laws လိုက်နာ

XGB သည် legal advice မပေး�、 unauthorized jurisdictions တွင် operate လုပ်ပါက liable မဟုတ်။

XGB unsupported markets/formats တွင် Platform မသုံးရ။

Customer သည် credentials, API keys, tokens ကို confidential ထိန်းရမည်။

Customer account actions သည် XGB unauthorized access notify မရမီ Customer liability ဖြစ်သည်။

XGB သည် password policies, authentication, API key rotation enforce နိုင်သည်။

Fees/packages/billing/currency — Order Form; monthly USDT rent e.g. Full Option 1,499 USDT/month or backend+API 999 USDT/month (XGAMBET Custom).

Game credit (game credit / hold) billed separately from Platform rent per game provider, volume, Order Form/Livechat terms.

Prices/promos/payment gateway terms may change — applicable Order Form governs.

Late/overdue payment — XGB may suspend Services per Order Form.

Refunds — public Terms grant no automatic refund; case-by-case fair handling per Order Form (NOT automatic 24h refund).

API rights per package/Order Form including sandbox, rate limits, endpoints.

BYO front-end customers integrate per API docs and secure client-side.

No API overload, unauthorized scraping, or security bypass.

XGB may make backward-compatible API changes or reasonable notice for breaking changes.

Website-collected data (demo, Livechat) under Privacy Policy.

End player data: Customer typically controller; XGB processor per Customer instructions/Order Form/DPA.

Customer must have legal basis and privacy policy on their site.

XGB offers in/out migration packages per Order Form — case-by-case terms/fees/timeline.

On termination, data handover/export per Order Form.

Customer should backup — XGB not liable if no export within agreed time.

Support channels per Order Form package (Livechat, ticket).

Maintenance with notice when possible; urgent security may be without notice.

No uptime % guarantee in public Terms unless separate Order Form/SLA.

Platform, software, docs, default UI, API docs are XGB/licensor property.

Limited non-exclusive non-transferable license for paid term/package — no ownership transfer.

No copy/reverse engineer/decompile/resell without written authorization.

Logo, brand, marketing, imported data remain Customer property.

Customer grants XGB use only as needed to provide Services.

Customer warrants rights and no third-party infringement.

Customer shall not use Platform/Website for:

• Illegal/unauthorized jurisdiction activity
• Money laundering, fraud, improper solicitation, AML/KYC violation
• System attacks — probe, DDoS, security bypass
• Unauthorized scraping/automated access
• Impersonation/unauthorized resell
• Mule accounts/payment channels violating product policy

Games/providers/payment/cloud may have their own terms.

XGB does not guarantee third-party availability/changes.

External links on xgb.app — XGB not responsible for third-party content.

XGB may suspend/terminate immediately or per Order Form for breach, non-payment, regulator/system/provider risk, lawful authority request.

Customer may cancel per notice period in Order Form.

Surviving clauses (confidentiality, IP, liability cap, disputes) remain effective.

Services/Website provided "as is" to extent permitted by law.

XGB not liable for lost profits, indirect/consequential/punitive damages.

Max liability cap (if in Order Form): not exceeding Platform fees paid for specified pre-event period — or per Order Form.

Customer indemnifies XGB for claims from Customer Platform use, law/license breach, Customer content/brand, Terms/Order Form breach.

Pricing, non-public API docs, roadmap, confidential info not disclosed without authorization.

We may amend public Terms by posting effective date — continued Website use is acceptance.

These Terms apply worldwide to all users/Customers accessing XGB Services.

Governed by Republic of Cyprus law without conflict of laws.

Disputes resolved by good-faith negotiation first; then court/arbitration per Order Form.
